Our caravan has one double bedroom with en-suite WC, two twin bedrooms and an additional double sofa bed in the lounge, so it can easily accommodate up to 8 guests.

Being situated in Haven’s biggest park in the gorgeous East Devon Area, means there is plenty of fun for the family. From exploring the gorgeous surroundings or relaxing on the tranquil beach, there is always something to enjoy. Elms is a 3 minute walk to the main entertainment complex and a 3 minute walk to the beach.

A beautiful caravan with fantastic sea views just on your doorstep. With 3 beds and an additional sofa bed our caravan is perfect for families or a group of up to 8 people. Complete with a spacious living area, dining table and fully fitted kitchen, our caravan has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
Fantastic Location
Located in the heart of Haven’s biggest holiday park, our caravan is in the Elms section of the park which is ideal for its close proximity to the beach and entertainment. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, a great choice of nearby entertainment and not to mention Sandy Bay, perfect for soaking up the sun or when you need some rest and relaxation. There are also plenty of other things to do nearby in the area. Pay a visit to Paignton Zoo and more than 2000 of its animals or make a day of it and visit Crealy Theme Park & Resort with the kids.
Spectacular Views
Our caravan is in a perfect spot and comes with a spectacular view just outside your door, so when you’re not relaxing at the beach you can still hear the waves and enjoy the view.

One double bed and two twin beds, all with Orthopaedic Duvalay memory foam mattresses. Bed linen is not provided and you will need to bring your own.

Oven with grill, 4 Hob Burner, Microwave, Dishwasher, Integrated Fridge/Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Crockery, Glassware.
Decking area
Access through the french doors onto a large wrap around decked outdoor area complete with lounge sofa, chair and Parasol.
Shower room and WC
Double shower with sink and WC. Master bedroom en-suite has WC and sink.
Entertainment
40″ HD LCD with Freeview, Wireless Internet and Nintendo games console.
Heating
Complete with central heating, double glazing and electric fire.
